Rest assured, We uses only conflict-free diamonds, which are obtained, from legitimate diamond sources that have been certified through the worldwide-recognized Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (KPCUSTOMERCARE).
6 What will my packing be like?

7 Is my jewellery authentic and certified?
All jewellery bought from Caratpearl.com is certified by IGI, GIA or SGL some of the most respected and trusted diamond grading bodies in the world.
8 I lost my jewellery certificate, can I get a duplicate?
Yes we can get a duplicate for you for Rs 500. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.
9 Can I re-size my Ring?
Incase your ring does not fit well, we will be happy to replace it with a new ring in the new size, with free to and from shipping under return policy. If it is a bigger ring you require, we will only charge you the additional price of the new ring, as listed on our website. For a smaller ring, we will be happy to refund you the additional amount paid by you while placing the initial order. This is applicable on re-sizing requests received within 30 days of shipping date.
10 Are your prices lower than a local jewellery store?

There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.

We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digits CVV Code (Card Verification Value - found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

20 How long will it take to get refunds, if any?
The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer Care team with your bank account and IFSC code, which can be found printed on your chequebook.

23 Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?
All sales prices are final and We does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
21 What if there is a problem with my purchase?
If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box! If you are still not satisfied with product, you can return the product to us within 30 days, we have a 30-day No questions asked Return Policy. This is applicable for orders within India only.
22 Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?
Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids the 30 days return and lifetime exchange policy, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
23 How much does it cost me to have a product delivered to my home?
We provide free shipping on all items within India.
24 What is the estimated delivery time?
For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Ready To Ship section. These are express delivery products and will be delivered to your address within 3 to 10 business days. You may browse these products here
The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it takes us 5 to 19 business days to safely deliver the jewellery to you. This includes the time taken to handcraft each product individually and ship it to your delivery address. Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

We deliver our jewellery in India only through reputed insured couriers like Blue dart, Sequel.
26 How safe is my product?
Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till completes its transit and reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services like Bluedart and Sequel for orders within India. Please do not accept any package if it is tampered broken.
27 Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address but it can be done only before the product has been shipped. You can contact the customer care for more help. For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the shipment is returned back to us.

28 What is your Return Policy?
Our 30-day No Questions asked Return Policy provides you time to verify that your purchase is great. If you have to return it for any reason, we'll joyfully furnish you with a full refund or exchange, within 30 days of the delivery date. Yes, it's that basic. We can only accept the item without custom engraving, in its unique condition and with the certification.
This is, however, appropriate for requests only inside India. For International requests, please contact the customer service by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will you withhold some shipping charges when I return the product within 30 days?
No. When we say we will return 100% of your money, we mean it.

We offer FREE Return Shipping. You'll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 30-day return policy.
30 How do I return the product to us within 30days?
- Call our customer care team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you tell us the thing you might want to return alongside your Order No.
- Our customer care executive will guide you on how to prepare the suitable package for the return of jewellery along with original packing material, tags, and certificate and warranty card.
- When your package is prepared, simply call our customer care team and we will send a dispatch to pick it up from you.
- When you’re returned we receive item, your refund or new item will be prepared soon.
31 What is your Exchange Policy?
- We offers a Lifetime Exchange Policy.
- We offer a Lifetime Exchange Policy on all purchased produced using Caratpearl, inside India. On the event that the item, alongside diamonds and gemstones, if any, is intact, you may return it for the current value of all materials with a minor charge towards melting and recovery costs.
