HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

We would take 9 - 10 days from the date of order received, Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery depending on your location

What could delay my order?

Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like festivals & Holidays. If an item becomes unavailable, we will attempt to dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

At the moment of placing the order, here we request to our customer kindly mentioned the full name at the recipient. At the point of delivery, the recipient shall collect the product, by giving any one of the following government approved photo identification
identity proof:-

  • PAN card
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • UTIR (Adhar Card)
  • Voter Identification card
  • Return Policy

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. In the event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective then it would be returnable and there will be no replacement cost while compliance of terms and conditions for replacement is applicable to every product of the Carat Pearl. In case of any return products which initially delivered for any product of the Cart Pearl must preserve the following information / documents and immediate reporting is required towards any damage or defect is
mandatory within 24 hours:

  • Original invoice
  • Delivery Challan,
  • Original Product Certificate
  • Original Tampered proof box.

PLEASE NOTE: In the absence any of the above said information / documents refund shall not be initiated. Damaged or defective items must be reported to customer care team of Carat Pearl through emails support@caratpearl.com or calls to our customer care team at 0-9313-9313-77 within 24 hours of the original delivery time and date.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY PURCHASE?

Return policy is applicable only for 30 days starting from delivery date of the product subject to fulfifillment of all terms and conditions of the return policy.

WHAT YOU CAN RETURN?

We accept returns on items in new condition* with the original packaging and materials, including gift boxes and/or product certificates of authenticity. Any item that has been in the customerʼs possession for less than 30 days from the date the item was delivered.In return policy customer will avail their 100% money back against the purchase order

WHAT YOU CANNOT RETURN OR UNDER RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept certain items under 30 days money back.

These include:

Items, which are no longer in new condition.

Items, which lack their original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity.

Items, which have been customized or altered to meet customer specifications, like resizing or engraving.

Items, which have been in the customerʼs possession for more than 30 days from the date, the item was delivered.

In the above points any of them comes under your criteria then CaratPearl consider under lifetime exchange policy rather than 30 days money back policy

How does the refund process work?

If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund, please contact us on 9313-9313-77. You need to provide your order number, contact details and we donʼt ask for reason why you. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. The process for refund is simple and hassle free and is usually completed in 7 working day

Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached (such as diamond certificates, original invoice). There are no shipping charges for return of the product.
