Caratpearl reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions time to time and we therefore advise you to read them regularly.

  • Sales tax/VAT in India is 1%, and our prices are inclusive of taxes. All published prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Customer must ensure to provide the correct delivery address and billing address.
  • Customer must disclose at the time of ordering any product of CaratPearl in case of billing address and delivery addresses are different.

In case of there is change in the Delivery Address after delivering the product then CaratPearl will not be responsible if the item is already delivered at provided address of the customer.

Items, which have been in the customer’s possession for more than 30 days from the date, the item was delivered that will be not considered under 30 days return policy. That will consider under lifetime exchange policy.

Customized or altered jewellery will not consider for money back, 30 days’ exchange or money back. That only applies under lifetime exchange policy. By visiting our Website and/or by using the services provided in this Website you expressly agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy and you consent to our collection, usage, sharing of your information (as defined herein) in accordance with the terms of this Policy. We reserve the right to amend, update or replace this Policy anytime without any notice.

Caratpearl (collectively "Caratpearl", "we", "us", "our") is based in New Delhi, which owns and operates the Internet website at www.caratpearl.com (the “Website”). By accessing and using the Website, you are expressly consenting to terms and conditions outlined on this page that are effective as of the date and time you use or access the Website (the “Terms”). Please read the Terms carefully before accessing or using the information and services available through this Website.

You must notify us promptly and in any event within 24 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim. Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same color and style, subject to availability. If you wish to give us any notice relating to a matter covered by these Terms, whether you telephone us or not, you must confirm that notice in writing. In the case of email notices, these should be sent to info@caratpearl.com and you must send them so as to return an acknowledgement of receipt. We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes, which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Caratpearl.com website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Please also note that as our products are all handmade and by machine also, slight variations in perceived color or texture may occur.

Jewelery Repairs / Resizing

Accidents happen. If by chance jewelry damage in any way after the item has been in your possession for more than 30 days from the date of delivery, we can repair it for you! We offer excellent repairs at competitive prices.

Please provide as much information regarding your order as possible, including the date of purchase, the name and address associated with your order, and the order number, if available. Also, please describe the damage in as much detail as possible. Photographs help too!

Our Customer Care Team will work to obtain an estimate for repair, and determine if a repair is possible. Please note that the estimate is just that - an estimate. Upon receipt, our jewelry experts may find that additional repairs are required. Don't worry - we'll provide you with an updated estimate before any work is performed.

Once we receive your item, our jewelers will appraise the damage and estimate the necessary cost of repair. If their review requires any changes to your initial estimate, we'll contact you and provide you with an update.

Caratpearl will ship your repair back to you once repairs and final repair costs have finalized. Please note that repairs may require 7-10 days to complete. A dedicated member of our Customer Care Team will work with you directly and provide you with regular updates until you and your treasured piece of jewelry are reunited.

Resizing

  • If customer wants to resize their ring, Caratpearl will do the needful accordingly to the customer with no extra charges, in some cases resizing is not possible**
  • If the cost of the resizing is more than the original cost of the value than the cost will be borne by the customer only or if the cost will be less than the original cost, the remaining balance will be credit to the customer Caratpearl’s account or bank account.
  • Delivery charges under Repair will be borne by the customer.
  • Not applicable for International shipments

This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall alone have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

That in case of any dispute or differences regarding purchasing of any products of the Carat Pearl or any of the condition mentioned in the above mentioned terms and conditions or anything touching upon this terms and conditions shall be settled by arbitration as per Arbitration and Conciliation act 1996. The Arbitrator shall be appointed by the Carat Pearl and the award passed by the arbitrator is binding upon the both parties as well as up on the Carat Pearl and as well as on the Purchaser/Buyer or any service provider to this terms and conditions. The venue of the Arbitration shall be at Delhi.

Acceptance - This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and us under which you may access the Site. This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, the Site. Your use of the Site means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy (including but not limited to Our Privacy and Cookies Policy), which supplement our Terms for the Site.
